How to add a title attribute to an image in WordPress: edit the page in text view, add title="your preferred text", and update to show a tooltip on hover.

Title attribute is a tooltip text for an element. It is shown as a tooltip text when the mouse moves over the element. We cat add this attribute to images, text etc.. The process is the same for image or text. Follow the steps below to add title attribute to an image:

STEP 1 : Open a page editor in text view in your WordPress site. Adding a Title Attribute in WordPress STEP 2 : Select your desired image and add title="your preferred text for the image".
