Helping site owners learn WordPress since 2012 · (844) WP-TUTOR

White-label WordPress training your clients see as yours

46 courses of unbranded WordPress tutorials — 240+ videos delivered inside each client’s own dashboard, with no WP Tutoring branding anywhere. Licensed per client site, from 10 to 300 sites, and priced to cost less than the support hours it replaces. Re-recorded for every WordPress release, and built on thirteen years of teaching WordPress to the people who actually run the sites.

All tiers include the complete library and every feature — the only difference is how many client sites you can activate. Billed annually through secure Stripe checkout; your license key is emailed as soon as payment completes. Need live training for a client as well? See WordPress training.

Enterprise & custom

More than 300 sites? Hosts, franchises and site networks get an enterprise agreement instead of a card: per-site volume pricing, bulk activation across your whole portfolio, a service-level commitment and a named support contact — under your brand throughout.

Built something the library can’t cover? Any tier can add custom videos. Send us the spec for a client project — theme, plugins, custom blocks and fields, the editorial workflow — and we build a staging site to match, then script and record lessons on it carrying your logo and colours. Your client gets training on their site, produced under your name.

Talk to us about enterprise or custom videos
Custom videos

Your build. Your brand. Your client’s training.

1. You send the project spec — or a site export.

2. We build a staging site to your specification.

3. We script and record the lessons, branded to you.

4. They appear on that client’s Training screen — and nowhere else.

What you’re licensing

Every agency, freelancer and hosting company ends up teaching WordPress. The site gets handed over, the client forgets how to add a page, and someone on your team spends twenty minutes on a screen-share that has been given a hundred times before. The white-label license replaces that with a Training screen in the client’s own dashboard — a complete library of unbranded WordPress tutorials, presented as your training programme.

The videos are unbranded. There is no WP Tutoring logo, no narrator introduction, no on-screen URL, no end-card and no link back to this site anywhere in a lesson, and the Training screen itself carries no WP Tutoring attribution. To your client, it is simply the training that came with the site.

They are also not a screen-recording of someone poking around a demo site. Each lesson is a short, scripted walkthrough of one task on a current WordPress install, recorded against the release your clients are actually running, and re-recorded when WordPress changes the screens. Most lessons run three to six minutes — long enough to finish the task, short enough that a client will actually watch it.

Training that pays for itself

The library is licensed for your clients’ use, not for resale — its value is the support it replaces. An Agency license is $449 a year across 50 sites, 75 cents per site per month, and every client on it gets a training menu they open instead of emailing you.

  • A handover with every launch. Deliver training by activating the plugin — no launch-day screen-share, no PDF nobody reads. A Starter license covers ten client sites for a year.
  • A retainer clients actually use.Clients renew maintenance plans for the things they notice. A Training menu they open when they’re stuck is noticed every month.
  • Fewer unbilled hours. The twenty-minute “how do I add a page” screen-share stops happening, and the ones that still do are edge cases you can bill — or hand to our live training.

Two example lessons

Both players below are the real first lessons from two published courses, exactly as a client would see them in their dashboard — minus the client’s own logo on the Training screen. Every course in the library opens with a free lesson like these; you can browse all of them on the WordPress courses hub.

WordPress Fundamentals: “What Is WordPress?

UnbrandedLesson 1 of 52 · from WordPress Fundamentals

The course most agencies hand to a brand-new site owner first: the dashboard, pages versus posts, media, menus, users and updates.

Contact Form 7: “Installing CF7 & Understanding the Markup Approach

UnbrandedLesson 1 of 4 · from Contact Form 7

A plugin course — the kind of thing a client asks about six months after handover, and the kind of thing you'd rather not re-explain by email.

How it works

  1. Pick a tier and get your license. Buy it online above — your license key, sized to the number of client sites you manage, is emailed as soon as checkout completes.
  2. Install the Training Videos plugin on a client site.Enter the key and the library appears under a Training menu in their dashboard. That’s the whole setup — about two minutes per site.
  3. Or deploy it from MainWP. The Training Videos for MainWP extension installs, activates and updates the plugin across every child site from one dashboard.
  4. Choose what each client sees.Show the full library or switch individual courses off per site. The library lives behind the client’s login, in wp-admin only — it is never rendered on a public page.
  5. Forget about it.Videos stream from our CDN, nothing is stored on the client’s hosting, and new recordings arrive automatically when WordPress changes.

Every step is in the setup guide, for a single site or a MainWP Dashboard.

Want a hosted portal instead?Prefer a branded learning portal with progress tracking and certificates instead of (or as well as) the in-dashboard plugin? Ask us about an agency portal — same library, hosted under your name.

Who it’s for

  • Agencies running care or maintenance plans. Training becomes a named benefit on every plan — and the one clients mention when they renew.
  • Freelancers and small studios. Onboard every client with a training library already inside the site instead of a Loom link and good wishes.
  • Hosting companies and maintenance providers.Deploy across the customer base on the Network tier — or an enterprise agreement beyond 300 sites — and reduce the “how do I…” tickets that were never really hosting questions.
  • Agencies that build custom.Bespoke themes, custom blocks and editorial workflows the general library can’t explain — covered by custom videosrecorded on a staging copy of the client’s build, under your brand.
  • In-house teams at larger organisations. A marketing or communications team running many WordPress sites can license it internally to onboard editors consistently across every site.

Custom videos for your own builds

The library covers WordPress and the plugins and themes your clients are likely to have. It cannot cover the site you designed — the custom blocks, the fields, the way this particular client is supposed to publish a case study. For that, any tier can add custom videos, and they are the one place the branding is yours: your logo bumper, your colours, your agency named as the trainer.

  1. You send the specification. Theme, plugins, custom post types, blocks and fields, roles, and the workflows the client needs to learn — or simply a site export. A one-page brief is usually enough to start.
  2. We build a staging site to match. Lessons are recorded on a purpose-built staging copy, so nothing is captured from the live site, and the screens match what the client will see when they log in.
  3. We script and record the lessons. Short, task-based lessons in the same style as the library — three to six minutes each — narrated, captioned and branded to your agency. You review a cut before it ships.
  4. They appear on that client’s Training screen. Custom lessons show only on the sites you choose, alongside the library or on their own. When you ship a change to the build, we re-record the affected lessons.

Custom videos are quoted per lesson or per project, and they are the most direct route to a training deliverable you can put a price on: the client is paying for training on their own site, and no one else can produce it. Send us a brief to get a quote.

Inside the unbranded WordPress tutorial library

46 courses, 240+ lessons and roughly 13 hours of video, in three groups:

  • WordPress basics — WordPress Fundamentals (the complete 52-lesson course), the WordPress Disaster Plan, Quick Fixes, and the block editor from first paragraph to full page layouts.
  • Plugin courses — one focused course per plugin your clients are likely to have: Contact Form 7, Fluent Forms, Yoast SEO, Rank Math, WP Mail SMTP, UpdraftPlus, Duplicator, Really Simple Security, Autoptimize, WP Fastest Cache, Antispam Bee, Disable Comments, Code Snippets, Better Search Replace, WooCommerce and more.
  • Theme courses — Astra and GeneratePress, the two themes agencies hand over most.

New courses are added as plugins and themes earn a place in the library, and every course is re-recorded when a WordPress release changes its screens. The full catalogue, with a free first lesson from each course, is on the WordPress courses page.

Pricing, in detail

Five tiers, one difference between them: the number of client sites you can have active at once. Starter covers 10 sites ($149), Studio 25 ($249), Agency 50 ($449), Agency+ 100 ($749) and Network 300 ($1,499) — from $14.90 down to $5.00 per site per year, so the per-site cost falls as your portfolio grows. Every tier includes the complete library, unbranded videos, in-dashboard playback, per-site course hiding, the MainWP extension, and all updates.

Licenses are annual, and you can move up a tier at any time. If a client leaves, release that site’s slot from your account and reuse it for the next one, at no charge.

Beyond 300 sites is an enterprise agreement: per-site volume pricing that falls as the portfolio grows, bulk activation, a service-level commitment and a named support contact. A hosting company with several brands, a franchise network, a university — tell us the shape of itand we’ll send a proposal.

Custom videos are quoted per lesson or per project on top of any tier, based on the size of the build and the number of workflows to cover.

For comparison: a single hour of live one-on-one training is $85. The Starter tier costs less than two of those hours and covers ten clients for a year — about $1.24 per client site per month.

License terms — please read before you buy

The white-label license is deliberately narrow, because the value of the library to you depends on it not being freely available anywhere else.

  • Client use only. The videos are licensed for use with your clients, inside the WordPress dashboards of the sites covered by your license. They are not licensed for any other audience or purpose.
  • Dashboard only, never public. The plugin plays the library only for logged-in users in wp-admin. Placing the videos, or any part of the library, on a public-facing page of any website — yours or a client’s — is a breach of the license.
  • No re-uploading or redistribution. The videos may not be uploaded to YouTube, Vimeo or any other video platform, downloaded, copied, re-encoded, resold, bundled or otherwise redistributed, in whole or in part, without express written permission from WP Tutoring.
  • Consequences. Any violation results in permanent cut-off from the application for every site on the license, a ban on future licensing, and forfeiture of any refund where enforceable by law — in addition to any other remedies available to us.

If you have a legitimate need that falls outside these terms — a training portal on your own domain, an internal LMS, a conference — ask first. Written permission is usually a short conversation; a violation is not.

Frequently asked questions

What does “white-label” mean here, exactly?
The videos carry no WP Tutoring branding at all: no logo bumper, no narrator introduction, no on-screen URL, no end-card and no links back to us — and the Training screen in your client's dashboard carries no WP Tutoring attribution either. Unless you tell them, your client has no way of knowing the library wasn't produced in-house.
What are unbranded WordPress tutorials?
Video tutorials with no producer branding — no logo bumper, no narrator credit, no watermark and no links back to whoever made them — so an agency, freelancer or host can present them to clients as its own training. Every video in our library is unbranded by default and plays inside the client's WordPress dashboard under your name.
How do my clients watch the videos?
You install the Training Videos plugin on the client's site and activate it with your license. A Training item appears in their WordPress admin menu with the library, organised by course. Playback is only available to logged-in users inside wp-admin — the plugin never puts the library on a public page, so it can't be browsed by visitors or picked up by search engines. Videos stream from our CDN — nothing is uploaded to the client's hosting.
Can I put the videos on my own website, YouTube or Vimeo?
No. The license covers use with your clients, inside their WordPress dashboards, and nothing else. The videos may not be uploaded to YouTube, Vimeo or any other video platform, embedded on any public-facing website, or redistributed in any form without express written permission from WP Tutoring. Violations result in permanent cut-off from the application and a ban on future licensing, plus forfeiture of any refund where enforceable by law.
Can I charge my clients for the training?
No. The license covers your clients' use of the library inside the dashboards of the sites on your license — it does not include the right to resell the videos or courses, bundle them into a paid package, or charge for them separately. Present the library as part of the service you already provide; the videos can't be sold on their own or put anywhere public.
Can you make videos for a site we built ourselves?
Yes. For custom builds — a bespoke theme, custom blocks or fields, an unusual editorial workflow — we build a staging site to your specification, script the lessons around it, and record them with your logo and colours. Your client gets training on their actual site, under your brand, delivered through the same Training screen on just the sites you choose. Custom videos are quoted per lesson or per project.
Is there a tier above 300 sites?
Yes, as an enterprise agreement rather than a card on this page. Enterprise licenses are priced per site on a volume schedule, with a contract that adds bulk activation, a service-level commitment, a named support contact and the option of custom videos. Tell us the size and shape of your portfolio and we'll send a proposal.
What counts as a “site”?
One WordPress install with the plugin activated against your license. If a client leaves, release that site's slot yourself — from your agency account, or by removing it in the MainWP extension — and it's free for the next site straight away. There's no charge for swapping sites within your tier.
Can I manage it from MainWP?
Yes. The Training Videos for MainWP extension installs, activates and updates the Training Videos plugin across every child site from your MainWP Dashboard, and lets you choose which courses each client sees. It's included with every license and downloads from your agency account. You don't need MainWP to use the plugin: setup on a single site takes about two minutes.
What happens when WordPress changes?
The library is re-recorded against each major WordPress release, so a client watching a lesson sees the same screens they have in front of them. Updates arrive automatically through the plugin — there's nothing for you or the client to do.
Can I pick which courses a client sees?
Yes. Show the whole library or switch individual courses off per site — a brochure-site client doesn't need the WooCommerce course, and a client who never touches code doesn't need Code Snippets.
Is there a trial, or can I see the whole library first?
Every course has a free first lesson on its course page, and two are playing on this page. If you'd like to try the plugin itself before you buy, get in touch and we'll set you up with a demo license on a site of your choice.
Do the custom videos carry my branding?
Yes. The library is deliberately unbranded so it can sit under anyone's name, but custom videos are made for one agency and one client: your logo bumper, your colours and your agency named as the trainer. They are yours to present however you like inside the licensed sites.
Do you also offer live training for agency clients?
Yes — live one-on-one and team sessions over Zoom, on the client's actual site. Many agencies use the video library for onboarding and book live time for the edge cases. See WordPress training for details.
