Frequently asked

Who can watch the videos?
Anyone who can log in to the site — you, your partner, your assistant, a new hire. The library appears under a Training Videos menu in wp-admin and plays only for logged-in users. It is never rendered on a public page, so visitors and search engines can't reach it.
What happens when new courses are added?
They show up in your library automatically, usually the same day we publish them — and new courses are added every week. Every course released during your year is included at no extra cost, and existing courses are re-recorded when WordPress changes the screens.
Is $49 the price every year?
No. $49 is the first year with the launch code LAUNCH50, which takes $50 off your first invoice only. It renews at $99 a year after that, and you can cancel before the renewal if you don't want a second year.
Do I need to be technical to set this up?
No. You upload one plugin ZIP on the Plugins screen, paste the key you were emailed, and the Training Videos menu appears. It takes about five minutes and needs no hosting access, no code and no FTP.
Will it slow down my site?
No. The videos stream from our CDN, nothing large is stored on your hosting, and the plugin adds nothing to your public pages — it only shows up for logged-in users inside the dashboard.
Can I use it on more than one site?
A Single Site licence covers one WordPress site — your live domain, plus the folder if WordPress lives in one. A staging copy or a second site is not included. If you run several sites, or build sites for other people, you need an agency plan instead.
What if I already have a MainWP dashboard?
A Single Site key can't be used from MainWP — the MainWP extension deploys the plugin across client sites, which is an agency plan's job. Install the plugin directly on the one site your licence covers.
Can I put the videos on YouTube, or on a page of my website?
No. The licence covers watching the library inside your own dashboard. The videos may not be uploaded to YouTube, Vimeo or any other platform, embedded on a public page, downloaded, resold or redistributed in any form.
What do I need to run it?
WordPress 5.8 or newer, PHP 7.4 or newer, and an administrator login. Any normal host is fine.
What if it isn't for me?

Can I still get live help?
