How soon will you get back to me?
We reply to most messages the same business day. If you call (844) WP-TUTOR during our hours, you’ll usually reach us right away.
What happens after I send a message?
We’ll reach out to discuss your needs, then schedule a live online session at a time that works for you — usually within a few days. There’s no obligation to book.
Do I need anything ready for the first session?
Just your WordPress login and a rough list of what you’d like to accomplish. We meet over Zoom, screen-share your actual site, and work through your list together.
Can you train more than one person at a time?
Absolutely. We run group sessions for teams — just mention it in your message or call (844) WP-TUTOR and we’ll set it up.
Do you offer custom development, not just training?
Yes. We build custom plugins, themes, API integrations, shopping experiences, and membership portals. Choose “Custom Development” in the form and describe what you need.
