What the extension does
Your clients get a Training Videos menu in their own WordPress admin: short, step-by-step lessons on WordPress and the plugins and themes they are likely to have, playing only for logged-in users. The extension is how you put that menu on many sites at once from your MainWP Dashboard, instead of installing and activating the plugin site by site.
- One-click deploy. Pick a site and click Deploy. The extension installs the Training Videos plugin, activates it, issues the site its own key and pushes your configuration.
- Choose what each client sees. Set a default selection of courses and lessons once, then change it for any client. A brochure-site client doesn't need the WooCommerce course.
- Your own videos alongside ours. Add videos of your own from YouTube, Vimeo, Wistia, Loom or a direct video file, and they appear in the client's library next to the WP Tutoring lessons.
- Your name, not ours. Client sites show your business name, your support link and a support message you write. You also choose the name and description the plugin lists itself under on the client's Plugins screen.
- Your logo. Show your logo at the top of every client's Training Videos page, with a different logo (or none) for any site. Lock it if you want yours to win over a logo the client set.
- Keeps itself in step. Sites that drift from your settings are spotted on the MainWP sync you already run, and an hourly check repairs any that fall behind.
- Updates from your Dashboard. The extension updates from the Dashboard's Plugins screen like any plugin. It shows which client sites run an older Training Videos plugin, and Deploy installs the current one.
- Takes over self-licensed sites cleanly. If a client already runs the plugin on its own license key, the first deploy releases that key's slot and moves the site onto your license.
Your license key stays on your Dashboard
You enter your license key once, on the Dashboard, where it is kept in MainWP’s encrypted key store. Client sites never receive it. Each site gets only its own key, locked to that site’s address, which can do one thing: load the video player for that site.
Who it’s for
Agencies, freelancers, and hosting or maintenance providers who already look after their clients’ WordPress sites in MainWP and want to hand each client a training library without recording one or sitting through the same screen-share again.

Requirements
- MainWP Dashboard 5.4 or newer.
- WordPress 5.8 or newer and PHP 7.4 or newer on the Dashboard site.
- A WordPress administrator account on the Dashboard.
- The Dashboard’s server must be able to make HTTPS requests to
app.wp-tutoring.com. - A WP Tutoring license key.
Pricing
The extension is included with every white-label license and downloads from your agency account. Licenses are priced by the number of client sites you can have active at once; the tiers and prices are on the white-label training page. If a client leaves, Remove the site in the extension to free its slot for the next one.
