Never send your license keyWe don’t need your private license key to help you, and nobody from WP Tutoring will ask for it. Leave it out of emails and screenshots.

The Training Videos setup guide walks through installing the plugin, adding your license key, choosing which videos your users see, and moving the plugin to a different site.
If your license has lapsed
When your license is not active, the video library on your site is paused until it is renewed. To check or renew your plan, sign in to your account with the email address you bought with. If you can’t sign in, or you’re not sure which plan you have, email or call us with your site’s address and that email address, and we’ll look it up.
