1. Openverse – Boasting over 700 Million Pictures with free stock photos, images, and audio royalty free
2. Unsplash – Offers high-resolution photos submitted by photographers worldwide, free to use for both commercial and non-commercial purposes.
3. Pixabay – Features a vast collection of photos, illustrations, vector graphics, and film footage, all free under a simplified license that does not require attribution.
4. Pexels – Provides high-quality and completely free stock photos licensed under the Pexels license, which allows for extensive use with minimal restrictions.
5. Freepik – Primarily known for its vector art, Freepik also offers photos and PSD files. While many resources are free, some require attribution.
6. StockSnap.io – Adds hundreds of high-resolution images weekly and all photos are released under creative commons public domain – no attribution required.
7. Burst by Shopify – Offers images that are especially useful for entrepreneurs to use on their websites, mostly in eCommerce, under a royalty-free license.
